Cancellation window
For Taleemul Quran - Tafseer, a cancellation request should be submitted within 48 hours of the successful payment and before the student attends or accesses a paid live class or paid recording for that billing period, whichever occurs first.
How to request cancellation
Cancellation requests must include the registered student name, course, contact details and payment reference and should be sent through the Contact page or official Noorun Ala Nur contact channel.
After course access has been used
Once the applicable paid class or recording access has been used, the payment for that billing period is ordinarily treated as consumed and is not cancellable, except where required by law or where Noorun Ala Nur specifically approves an exception.
Cancellation by Noorun Ala Nur
If Noorun Ala Nur cancels a paid service and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled session, transfer or alternative, an appropriate refund for the affected paid service may be offered in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Refund after eligible cancellation
Where an eligible cancellation results in an approved refund, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy, including its stated processing duration and refund mode.
